Ninja Warz has a ranking system using belts to mark a ninja's level and strength. The weakest ninja has White Belt, while the strongest ninja has Black Belt with Purple stripes.

BeltsEdit

There are a total of 12 different belt colors in Ninja Warz.

In the original Ninja warz, there were only seven different coloured belts ordered as: white, yellow, orange, green, blue, brown, black.

With the new major update in January 12 2012, five more belts were added to the game. The new belt colours consist of a base colour of black, accompanied by another colour at the 'tip' of each end. Any belt with a coloured tip is guaranteed to be of higher level than the single coloured black belt. The new belt order goes as:

B/orange tip, B/blue tip, B/red tip, B/green tip, B/purple tip.

Therefore, currently there are a total of 12 different leveled belts in Ninja Warz.

The 'black belt with a purple tip' is currently the last level colour achievable in the game. One can achieve this coloured belt by training a ninja to level 56 and above (max is 60).

Although level 60 is the highest level achievable, the colour of the belt will stay the same to those at level 56.

Training a ninja past the maximum level (60) is currently impossible as the button to 'train' the ninja is replaced by a text saying "Master Level".

WhiteEdit

White Belt ninjas are the weakest and most inexperienced ninjas. New ninja recruits always start with a White Belt. White Belt ninjas are promoted to Yellow Belt at Level 6. Training a White Belt ninja (one Level up) costs 1 Karma.

Black/PurpleEdit

Black Belt with Purple stripes is the last and final belt colour achievable. One common mistake made by many Ninja Warz players is the assumption that a ninja with this belt colour is 'superior over all other belts'. The ninja's level can range from 56-60 to be able to have this belt, and a level 56 ninja can just as well have this belt colour (which is clearly not superior over those higher than level 56). The only 'superior level' can be confirmed by a level 60 ninja, not by the colour. Training a Black/Purple Belt ninja costs 12 Karma.

The total amount of karma required to train a ninja to Level 60 is 378. If you dismiss a ninja, you will be refunded half the amount of karma you spent on that ninja rounded up (maximum of 189) plus half the amount of gold.
