The hospital is a building that a player can access to heal all ninjas instantly, at a small cost of gold (although it can seem expensive at lower levels). Ninjas gradually recover automatically for free, but the hospital instantly brings all ninjas to full health. It is not possible to heal ninjas only to a certain extent, nor is it possible to heal while at full health.
