You recruit Ninjas to fight clans, bosses, tournaments, and zombies.
During a fight, each ninja has a health meter that shows the ninja‘s current health as a percentage of its maximum health. As a ninja‘s level increases, its maximum health increases.
A ninja also has Power (some screens say “Strength“). Like Health, Power increases as the ninja‘s level increases.
To increase a ninja‘s level, you must spend Karma. Ninja levels range from 1 to 60 and are divided into belt levels, as shown in the table below. You must spend 378 Karma per ninja to reach level 60.

Price per ninja[]
You may have a maximum of 50 ninjas (and samurai) in your dojo. It costs Gold to buy a ninja. The price of the next ninja is based on how many ninjas are currently in your dojo. Furthermore, some ninja are more expensive because the total of their health and power are above average.
